A : Please complete the .pdf "Waiver and Delegation of Rights" located at the bottom of this page and submit it to both dfwamenity@goodwintx.com and dpdcmanager@goodwintx.com.
IMPORTANT: There is a $250.00 Lease Acquisition Fee associated with this request, billed annually. Please log in to your townsq.io account to make a one-time payment of $250.00 before submitting your form.
Q: What are the operating hours of the pool?
A: The pool season typically runs from Memorial Day until Labor Day. During season, the pool is open every day from 11 AM – 8 PM.
Q: How many guests can I have at the pool?
A: Residents are permitted up to 4 guests at any time.
Q: Where is the pool located?
A: The pool is located at 400 W. Clover Park Dr. Fort Worth, TX 76140.
Q: Is alcohol allowed at the pool?
A: Use of alcohol is strictly prohibited at the pool .
Q: How can I reserve the clubhouse for a party?
A: For those using TownSq: The clubhouse can be reserved by logging into TownSq and clicking on the Reservation link on the menu bar.
If reserved by email to Manager: The clubhouse can be reserved by sending a request to your community manager via email to DPDCmanager@goodwintx.com
Q: Is alcohol allowed at the clubhouse?
A: Use of alcohol is strictly prohibited at the clubhouse.
Q: How do I pay for my pool credentials?
A: Any charges will be billed to your HOA account. Click HERE to pay for any applicable charges.
NOTE: Charges will not be reflected on your account until your request has been processed and finalized.
